Aerial Roofing did an amazing job installing our new roof. They were so professional fast and efficient and finished the job in one day. The crew was talented and made fast, yet quality work of the job. They spent a-lot of time cleaning up. They even came the next day make sure clean up was fully done, as it started pouring rain after they finished the install day. They also sent senior staff up onto the roof to inspect the finished product and check that all was done right. The dumpster in our driveway was picked up the very next morning. We enjoyed working with the knowledgable Lance Jason who coordinated the whole job from start to finish. He actually installed our original roof 25 years ago when our home was a new build. We trust him so much, and knew he had our best interest at heart, and we wouldn't have to worry about anything. They were so flexible and came exactly when they said. We even caused them to move the install start date a week back because the town was grinding & repaving our road and no vehicles could park in the street. Then the final nice touch, today a package arrived that was a customer thank you filled with chocolate chip cookies and gift certificates for future jobs that we could use or share with a neighbor or a friend who need a new roof! This whole process from beginning to end was just great! Wish every business was like Aerial Roofing. It was a TRUE delight to work with the roofing crew almost like a huge party lol! We couldn't be happier with Aerial and our new roof. From the beginning, after meeting with Steve, we knew that we had found our roofing company. He answered all of our questions honestly and promptly provided a quote. After nearly a year and hiring an independant adjuster, our insurance company finally decided to cover our claim. During all that time, we stayed in contact with Steve and Aerial and they remained patient during the whole time. The crew was very nice, friendly and very professional. When they left for the day everything was clean and orderly. After the walk-through they were back the next business day to take care of a couple of cosmetic issues. Our house looks great! CJ and his crew were amazing. CJ is a true professional and worked with me to select the shingles and design a new roofline. The team was very hard working, did an excellent job and cleaned up all debris and nails. A roof is a huge investment and you can’t afford to have it done wrong or sloppily. I would highly recommend Aerial.
